Michael Gonzalez has worked exclusively with FQHC’s and coordinates 340B services for approximately fifty community health centers. He previously worked as the audit manager for a well-known CPA firm in the southeast that specializes in single audits of Federally Qualified Health Centers. There, he led more than 35 single audits of FQHC’s annually, totaling in over 120 while in the role of audit manager. In addition to audits he has worked on and given oversight of FQHC 990’s, FFR’s, cost reports, budgets, OSV visit support and other applicable activities.

Darren Marsh received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida, and has more than 20 years of of 340B and FQHC pharmacy experience. He was responsible for the oversight of nine in-house pharmacies and a network of more than 60 contract pharmacies. He is proficient with 340B compliance, financial reporting, contract pharmacy arrangements, and related business services, as well as opening new pharmacies and optimizing pharmacy performance. He's actively engaged with the Apexus FQHC and his state's PCA Advisory Councils.

Felicity Homsted is Vice-President of CHC Pharmacy Partners. In this role, she works with health centers and hospitals across the country to manage and improve their 340B and pharmacy programs. Dr. Homsted is also a Lead investigator for the National Institute on Drug Abuse- Clinical Trials Network Research Study CTN-0116: Pharmacist-Integrated Collaborative Model of Medication Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder (PharmICO). Previously, Dr. Homsted was Chief Pharmacy Officer for Maine’s largest Federally Qualified Health Center. She was responsible for the administration of four pharmacies, integrated pharmacy services, the 340BProgram, and two accredited pharmacy residency programs. She served as subject matter expert for the Apexus 340B Prime Vendor Program and faculty member for Apexus 340B University and has co-authored Apexus 340B Operations Certificate modules.
